David is a BBC TV Art & Antiques presenter on programmes like ‘Antiques Road Trip’ Flog It’ and ‘Bargain Hunt’. All highly popular programmes, which are shown in over 50 countries around the world.
His broadcasting career started out in 1999 on BBC local radio with his ‘live antiques valuation phone-ins’ and since 2005 he’s been a regular face on BBC Television. David has appeared on numerous celebrity TV shows and after his disastrous attempt at cooking on ‘Celebrity Masterchef’ (he doesn’t cook and never has done) he was described by the production team as the worst ever contestant in the history of the programme!
David is also a motivational speaker and a writer - his fun history for adults book ‘A Romp With The Georgians’ which takes a funny look at British life between 1714 and 1830 has now been turned into another of his one-man theatre stand up shows.
