Dan Edwards is a writer, speaker and cultural commentator whose work explores the relationship between leadership, creativity, community and place. Drawing on experience across education, social care, organisational development and the creative industries, he helps audiences think differently about culture, change and human behaviour.

  • Originally trained in Performance Studies, exploring theatre, music and dance through the work of Erving Goffman, Richard Schechner and contemporary performance practice, examining how people construct identity, meaning and social life.
  • Former Headteacher with over two decades of experience across education, leadership development, social care and the wider public and private sectors.
  • International work across the UK, Middle East and Central America, supporting organisations, schools and communities to build stronger cultures, develop leadership and navigate complex change.
