Tayo Adesina

Tayo Adesina

A young social entrepreneur, sharing practical tips on transitioning from a rocky start in education, into business & entrepreneurship through interactive sessions.

Tayo had a rocky start in the education system on the cusp of exclusion but now runs a social enterprise that educates school students to excel in school for a successful transition into the working world and entrepreneurship .

At age 15 Tayo faced performance improvement plans (PIPs), a suspension from school for misbehaviour and yet, completely transformed his trajectory to complete his A-Levels at 6th form with A-A-B. Now a successful business founder that works directly with troubled young people - like he once was - Tayo has a wealth of experience in motivating & inspiring young people to achieve their full potential.

His journey saw him go from a failing student, consistently quoted at parents evenings that "he needs to apply himself...He's a distraction to others", to successfully graduating from UCL with a 2.1 and even going on to study a masters degree in Information Management for Business also at UCL. An inspiring story that shows all young people that where they are now can be transformed into something greater with intentionality and purpose.

Tayo engages young audiences through interactive talks that challenge the students to assess how they see themselves and align that to their own goals.
