Kerry's mission is to help teens and young adults feel mentally and physically resilient, so they can pursue their dreams and achieve their goals in life, without health issues getting in the way. She draws from her lived experience of the devastating impact of crippling symptoms, which started in her teens.
With over 16 years of experience in transforming health and energy levels, Kerry is passionate about integrating self-care into education to equip young people with lifelong wellness skills. Through education, coaching and support, she guides and empowers teens to prioritise their physical and mental wellbeing so they can achieve success in whatever they turn their mind to.
She partners with schools, supporting teachers, catering teams, students and parents - by demonstrating the power of nutrition and lifestyle adjustments to improve academic and sporting performance, as well as behaviour and learning ability.
Kerry provides inspirational and educational talks on a range of nutrition and wellbeing topics such as healthy breakfasts, brain hacks for exam success, food for sporting ability, nutrition for anxiety, stress and sleep.
In 1:1 consultations, she works methodically to correct symptoms with dietary tweaks and targeted supplements. Her clients typically report improvements in energy, digestion, mood, sleep and skin in just a few weeks.
To date Kerry's proudest achievement and a real life case study that she uses to inspire other teenagers in her talks - helping a determined 18-year-old regain her health after being bedridden with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME. She had given up hope of living a normal life and had postponed her place at university. After just six sessions, her energy returned and her anxiety disappeared. She felt so well, she was able to go backpacking with her friends before taking up her university place.
