Jo is a Mindfulness Practitioner & Resilience Expert by trade. She works with people of all ages, from primary school through to retirement, to help them manage their mental health and wellbeing. Resilience & happiness are the targets.

Jo experienced huge levels of stress and anxiety throughout most of her childhood and adult life before discovering the power of working with her subconscious mind to overcome the beliefs that were holding her back.

Jo provides many services to schools, including:

  • INSET sessions for staff to teach them how to manage stress and become more resilient
  • Inspirational talks for staff conferences & events
  • Inspirational talks for students
  • Practical workshops for students from age 4 upwards, teaching a range of resilience and mindfulness techniques

Mental health is fast becoming a key topic in today’s world. Jo believes that we all have the ability to be happy and resilient, sometimes we just need someone to teach us how. Practising Mindfulness helps to manage stress, anxiety and overwhelm both as a member of staff and for students in the lead up to exams.
