Jo is a Mindfulness Practitioner & Resilience Expert by trade. She works with people of all ages, from primary school through to retirement, to help them manage their mental health and wellbeing. Resilience & happiness are the targets.
Jo experienced huge levels of stress and anxiety throughout most of her childhood and adult life before discovering the power of working with her subconscious mind to overcome the beliefs that were holding her back.
