Ian Moyse has over 25 years of experience in the IT Sector, with nine of these specialising in security. He has held senior positions in both large and small organisations including Managing Director of several UK companies. For the last 10 years he has been focused on Cloud Computing and has become a thought leader in this arena being rated #1 on Social for Cloud in both 2015 and 2016 by Onalytica and top 20 for IOT in 2016. He was awarded Sales Director of the Year 2015 by the Institute of Sales & Marketing and Linkedin awarded him a 2015 Linkedin Power Profile as a top 10 Influencer in the UK technology sector.

Cloud computing is rapidly changing the way the IT world works and in simple terms is the use of applications over the internet rather than installing them locally on your own systems. Students entering the workplace are increasingly going to be expected to understand what the cloud is and an increasing number of opportunities and roles are emerging involving Social media, mobile computing, IT security and cloud computing.
