Courtney Orange

Rough TIMES, Challenges, Set backs, SELF Awareness & Positive Mindset…… are a few elements Courtney Orange speaks about to the NEXT GENERATION and their teachers or leadership teams. His life mission is to build Resilience, enhance POSITIVITY & encourage better lifestyles. Having left home at the age of 18yrs old, Courtney is a former 6x National gymnastics champion, professional street performer, entertainer and an award winning entertainment agency owner. H is now better known as the "Wellbeing Motivator” and through his HIGHLY interactive and engaging keynote speeches, talks and workshops, Courtney reiterates the fact that You GROW through what you GO through!!

For obvious reasons having the surname Orange, was a challenge throughout Courtney's early years in his home country of Zimbabwe. At the age of 7 Courtney took up gymnastics. Early morning, evening and weekend training, in addition to school work and school sports, was all part of Courtney's daily schedule. After competing at the All Africa Games with no funding or sponsorship, Courtney completed his 4th year in high school with pretty average grades.

At the age of 18, Courtney pursued his Olympic dreams by heading to train as a gymnast in London. Whilst working a full time 9-5 job and living alone, Courtney - again without any funding or sponsorship - went on to train and compete at the Manchester 2002 Commonwealth Games.
A knee injury, followed by an operation a year later, forced Courtney to quit his lifelong dream.
These life challenges and struggles did not stop him from utilising his talents and skills. One afternoon Courtney was invited to a dance class, where he soon discovered his passion for street and breakdancing.

Courtney went onto perform as a street dance/acrobat entertainer in Covent Garden. His talents were soon discovered by talent scouts who contracted Courtney to perform on stages and for music videos with the likes of Madonna, West Life, Lionel Ritchie, Girls Aloud & Kanye West.

Because of his extensive travels and experiences, Courtney lives LIFE by the motto: “You GROW through what you GO through!!”

Pre-COVID'19, and throughout lockdown, Courtney began motivating youth groups, children doing home schooling, sports clubs and corporate offices, both live and online. Courtney currently gives MOTIVATIONAL Wellbeing talks on the topic of:
