Alex is a dynamic Public Speaker and Mindset Coach with a mission to unlock the potential in every young person he encounters. At just 28, he brings a rare blend of lived experience, relatability, and emotional intelligence that consistently earns him respect and rapport wherever he goes. His age and energy allow him to connect with students in a way that sets him apart — he speaks with them, not at them.
Born in Croydon and later moving to Surrey, Alex experienced a stark culture shift that shaped his identity journey. As one of the few Black boys in his school, he was challenged to make sense of his Caribbean heritage and where he fit in. Growing up as the only boy in his household, he had to learn emotional regulation the hard way — overcoming anger issues and learning to process emotion with intention. These experiences laid the foundation for the authenticity and empathy that define his work today.
Alex obtained his law degree from the University of Kent — a critical law school that played a key role in framing his mindset toward critique, accountability, and development. This perspective now fuels his ability to consult with organisations, staff teams, and students, driving real change and sustainable improvement across a range of environments.
From being excluded from school to speaking on national television, and from navigating identity struggles to working with organisations like Sky and Arsenal — Alex is a living example that one chapter doesn’t define the whole book. His story is proof that setbacks can become setups for something greater.
Alongside his public speaking, Alex is also a semi-professional footballer and has even played in the early rounds of the FA Cup — bringing discipline, resilience, and teamwork into every session he delivers.
Whether he’s coaching staff, mentoring young people, or consulting with organisations, Alex brings clarity, connection, and lasting change.
His story proves what’s possible — and his presence helps others believe it for themselves.
