Award-winning entrepreneur and motivational speaker, inspiring young people through the arts and business

Phoebe is 24 years old, grew up in inner city East London and at the age of 18 set up her own Performing Arts School in Hertfordshire. Six years later, Phoebe’s successful business SASA School of Performing Arts Ltd, has 250 students, 10 members of staff, and has recently set up SASA’S Youth Programme CIC to help fund places for vulnerable and/or disadvantaged young people get access to the arts. Phoebe’s students have performed at prestigious events nationally including We-Day 2019 & 2020 at the SSE Wembley Arena and performed for HRH Prince Edward at Windsor Castle. Alongside running her business, Phoebe was also studying and gained a 1st Degree BA Honours in Theatre Arts at Middlesex University in London. Phoebe has a fire in her belly when it comes to inspiring young people to work hard, follow their dreams and never give up!

Phoebe is a Motivational Speaker and Workshop Leader and speaks nationwide at Secondary Schools, Colleges, Career Events, Business Fairs, Universities and hosts workshops to help spread her knowledge and passion about her journey and experiences of being a Young Entrepreneur.

Phoebe can offer students career advice, revision techniques and time management help, she can speak to students about how she set up her business from nothing, and how they can do the same. Phoebe instills energy in others and has an infectious buzz around her, which motivates her own students as well as students across the country. Phoebe does not accept limitations but works with them and with her students to break through those barriers to become amazing young people!

In 2017, Phoebe was nominated and awarded Role Model of the Year in Hertfordshire by the Hertfordshire Advertiser for her services to Young People and the local Community. Phoebe trained as a Producer and Stage Manager at Middlesex University whilst studying for her degree. Phoebe has worked on a variety of different projects and events over the past three years including producing international projects in Sicily and Rome after forming a collective of artists from a group of driven University friends.

Phoebe is extremely passionate about helping today’s Younger Generation to believe in themselves, their capabilities, to help them to achieve their dreams and to embrace challenges and change.
