Mia is passionate about culture, identity and conflict resolution. She is friendly and down to earth and her style is honest, respectful, confident, and engaging. She believes in creating 'Intelligent Change': change that is effective, sustainable, and meaningful.
She helps people develop their self-knowledge, self-esteem, and self-confidence, and in developing tolerance and understanding. As a mediator, community volunteer, and impartial facilitator for the Church of England’s ‘shared conversations’ on LGBT issues, Mia remains calm under fire. She is able to navigate complex issues and relationships in a relaxed and friendly way and is to speak at Chatham House on Culture and Conflict Resolution.
Having been a lawyer in a leading global law firm, she now focuses primarily on coaching, teaching and mediation. Mia blends neuroscience and performance psychology, looking at how to maximize output, while minimizing strain and effort. In addition to a degree in Law with French Law from UCL, Mia holds both a Masters of Science and Law and teaches a number of different styles of yoga privately and at some of London’s top studios.
Mia wrote a series in Yoga & Health Magazine and has written for magazines including Vegan Life and Caspian World.
