James, who is recognised as one of the world’s leading sleep experts, is a practitioner and educator who works extensively with organisations and sports teams, creating cultures that help people sleep better.

Currently he is the sleep expert for both the Men and Women’s Teams at West Ham United, has worked with organisations like Coca Cola, Zurich Insurance, Ernst & Young, DFDS, Pret a Manger, the NHS and extensively within education, working with pupils, staff and parents across all ages.

Every year he works with tens of thousands of poor sleepers, helping them have a better understanding of sleep, and how to get better kip. He is a popular choice on TV and in the media, with regular appearances on This Morning, BBC Breakfast and Steph’s Packed Lunch, a familiar voice of BBC Radio and he is currently the sleep expert on Radio 1’s Life Hacks.
