A Refreshing Change - 23 year old Founder of Charbrew

Adam is a 23 year old graduate who realised that in the current economic climate he was unlikely to secure a high level position in the corporate world so he set his sights on developing his own business.

From initial visits to the tea plantations in Vietnam his enthusiasm for his idea, which saw a gap in the UK market, began. Drawing on his experiences and that of family and friends, Adam realised initially that the tea market in the UK was overrun with bland and bitter teas and an opening for the correct product was there. Adam realised his ambition of starting his own business at a much earlier age than expected. With drive, enthusiasm and immense ambition he finds himself running hugely successful business.

With only 18 months in the market place Adam already has his products stocked nationally and internationally. Charbrew is currently stocked in over 2,500 stores across America and Canada, across French supermarket giant Casino, Dean and Deluca and Lulu chains in the Middle East and Booths Supermarket in the North of England. Adam’s ultimate goal in the UK is to renovate the UK’s tea market and the next huge growth for the business is set for July, with a confirmed launch across 300 Sainsburys stores.
